Viva Vacation Resort is most appealing when space and a quieter Lipa Noi setting matter more than being in Samui’s busiest beach district. Its Garden View and Seaview Villa categories should be compared separately. Alex’s May 2026 account of Room 102 makes that distinction particularly useful.
Look beyond the word villa
Alex described a Seaview Villa with separate bedroom and living areas, a generous bathroom and a position near the pool and beach. That layout belongs to the room reviewed; it should not be assumed for every villa solely from the property name.
Booking’s Garden View Villa listing describes a 72-square-metre unit. The supplied bedroom photograph has a red feature wall and timber flooring, while a separate image shows the shared pool surrounded by orange loungers and palms. Neither photograph establishes a private pool for the accommodation.

The pool and the shoreline solve different needs
Janka’s February 2026 family visit valued the relaxed setting and clean pool. She found the sea shallow and cloudy during that particular stay, so her daughter preferred swimming in the pool. That is a useful seasonal experience, rather than a permanent verdict on the beach.
Alina’s May 2026 account described the bungalows as older but cared for, spacious and clean. She also liked the garden and welcoming staff. Alex especially enjoyed the sunset outlook and peaceful atmosphere around his villa.
Choose the outlook you actually want
Compare the garden and sea-view categories, then ask where the offered villa sits relative to the pool and shore. Viva Vacation is a stronger match for a stay spent enjoying the grounds than for one whose main requirement is busy nightlife immediately outside.
